It will be an exclusive private members club spread over five floors
Exclusive private members club Soho House has revealed its Manchester opening will now be in "late 2023". But membership applications have now officially opened - and have shown for the first time the price you're looking at paying to become a member.
Members aged under-27 will pay a reduced rate – with more details to be found on the application form which has gone live on its website today. Founder membership for Soho House Manchester is offered by invitation only, and will open later this year New images released today show the kind of thing visitors can expect - with retro furnishings and decor.
"The view of the city is going to be amazing from there and I can’t wait for members to experience it.” The kitchens will be run by Head Chef James Lord who will be returning home to Manchester after a period at 76 Dean Street in London. The east-facing wall has a retractable roof with an awning which will be opened up in warmer weather to maximise the views across the city.
The Granada Studios redevelopment will also be home to a Mollie’s Motel, Bar and Diner, offering Mollie’s guests, Soho House members and the public access to a live music bar and events space on the lower ground floor, a lounge and deli bar, workspace and diner at street level and a total of 133 bedrooms designed by Soho House.
