New York native Stephen Termini remains in a serious condition in Dublin’s Beaumont Hospital after he was attacked on the corner of Store Street, next to Talbot Street in the heart of the inner city last week

The sons of a US tourist attacked in Dublin’s Talbot Street have now got their passports and are on their way to Ireland to be by their Dad’s bedside. His devastated sons Mike and Jess Rizzuto have been finalising their new passports and have booked a flight to Dublin for Wednesday to be by their father’s side.

Mike says his father remains in a coma in hospital, but he’s hopeful of getting more information about his condition when they arrive. "ABC news reached out. We’re hoping to get a positive message across and let people know we’re on our way," he said. Mike also directly hit out at comments made by Minister for Justice Helen McEntee in which she stated Dublin was safe.
