Three hours from Dublin, nestled into the gorgeously scenic grounds of Dromoland Castle in Clare, The Castle Spa offers an award-winning spa experience to remember.Like most of us I spend way too much time scrolling, but this week I needed something more: stillness. As a Social Media Manager I am constantly on socials, scrolling to find the next trend, or trying to find the end of TikTok. But I needed an escape to totally switch off and relax.
The team was so accommodating and made me feel like a real VIP. I was so impressed with all of the little touches throughout the spa, from the changing room to the gorgeous silky robe, even the charging facility inside the lockers, including signature details like a jewellery bag for your belongings. Everything was so thought through and I was so impressed in just the first ten minutes of being here.
This bed was divine, so cosy and relaxing, with little crystals of rose quartz heated by the base that made me feel so serene. The bed moulded to the shape of my body, so total relaxation was unlocked. The treatment itself was so blissful and felt really perfect with its timings, as it included a sound bath, body and head massage. Absolute bliss.
