While teetotal Spencer recently revealed he is training hard to run races for The Michael Matthews Foundation, a charity set up in the name of his older brother who tragically died aged 22 while trying to climb Mount Everest, he has been forced to speak out after some fans claimed he had now lost too much weight and was “unhealthy”.
