Sunday's Scottish Premiership postponement between Dundee and Rangers is to be investigated by the league's governing body.

"The postponement of any match is disappointing given the impact it has on supporters," the SPFL said. The surface was deemed unplayable for a noon start following the second pitch inspection at 10:15 GMT, with Robertson pointing out that "the ball wasn't rolling" in certain areas. "If we had a three o'clock match, the pitch would probably be playable," he insisted, adding that a request for a delayed kick-off had been denied.
