Kevin also shared the same image on his Instagram. Alongside the sweet photo, the new dad said he was so proud of his partner Stacey.He added,"So proud of u @sjdooley."Alongside a photo of Stacey's baby bump, the couple shared;At the time, Stacey admitted she was struggling to hide her bump.
