Stacey Solomon has clapped back after it was suggested her recent fitness overhaul came with an ulterior motive. Earlier this year the Sort Your Life Out host vowed to up her gym game after dusting off her husband Joe Swash's exercise bike that he'd acquired and not used.
As she cleaned the space and equipment up, the mum-of-five vowed at the time: "I’m going to try and use it every day. If I don’t for the next month then the whole lot is going to charity. Because it’s such a waste! I hate the gym tbh but I hate waste more so maybe this will be good for me." In her latest update on Thursday , Stacey took to Instagram to share a video with her millions of followers that showed her doing her typical 'morning routine' before heading out to work. It kicked off with the Loose Women star getting up and ready for a workout at 5am while her children slept.
She then showed that she'd been on the treadmill for just over half an hour and managed an impressive 6km in distance. She was then seen carrying on with her morning as she shared alongside the post to her 5.7 million followers: "Spend the morning with me. Even though it’s the evening now."
