Son Rex, three, played nicely by her feet while daughter Rose, one, was flat out asleep in her buggy.
She wrote on Instagram: "Joe's away today so we did the school runs, the me and Rex did everything in our power to keep the girls awake until we got home so that I could get them in their pram and walk them to sleep. "Because I really want to get into the gym today. I have so many away days this week so I need to get in there whenever I can."
