Dame Ann Gloag denied ‘malicious allegations against her, her foundation and members of her family’The co-founder of the Stagecoach bus company has denied charges of human trafficking offences, after attending a voluntary interview with police in Scotland.
BBC Scotland reported the allegations after Mrs Gloag voluntarily attended Falkirk police station with Mr McCleary for an interview on Thursday. Police Scotland confirmed that four people were charged in connection with an investigation into human trafficking and immigration offences. “Dame Ann Gloag strongly disputes the malicious allegations that have been made against her, her foundation and members of her family.”
