The Star Wars: The Bad Batch producers have detailed just how Bad Batch connects to other projects within the greater Star Wars universe.
The producers of Star Wars: The Bad Batch have revealed the connections the series shares with the rest of the Star Wars universe. Star Wars: The Bad Batch follows the adventures of a group of clone troopers with abnormal mutations that make them more effective soldiers than their fellow troopers. The group bands together to form a squad called the Clone Force 99, and they have since become rogue mercenaries from the Empire after discovering Order 66.

The creators are now revealing just how careful they have been to ensure that the storylines in Star Wars: The Bad Batch can perfectly sync with the rest of the universe. "Where we are in The Bad Batch, it's a bit early into the era of the Empire that we're far enough away from Obi-Wan and Andor. But that's not to say that some of the storylines that we have don't affect those shows.
Considering that a significant threat in Star Wars: The Bad Batch is the transition from clone troopers to stormtroopers and its effect on the Bad Batch, the show is also depicting the end of the clone troopers entirely. With Tarkin looking to move on to a force with different genetic makeups, the end of the clones is nigh. The show can even prove what happened to the clone cadets after the order, which has not been explored on screen.
While the show will not have too many ties with Andor or The Book of Boba Fett, besides introducing elements of Star Wars canon that will affect them, Star Wars: The Bad Batch introduces a character dressed in the same suit as The Mandalorian's Dr. Pershing, which could be a major potential Mandalorian connection.
