The federal government said it was sending the air force to assist with evacuations and to support supply lines. “These are very challenging times. The total number of people and vehicles unaccounted for had not yet been confirmed near the town of Lillooet. Investigators had received reports of two other people who were missing but added that other motorists might have been buried in a slide on Highway 99. ‘’
