Cavan, Donegal, Dublin, Kildare, Leitrim, Longford, Louth, Mayo, Meath, Monaghan, Roscommon, Sligo, WestmeathBoth alerts warn of potential"spot flooding and difficult travelling conditions," with the latter also warning of"wave overtopping on eastern facing coasts".
