Beholder restaurant becomes a steakhouse for the month of December, while Hyatt brings igloos to its Pivot Bar.
The family-owned Moon Drops Distillery has been making bourbon, vodka, rum and other spirits using all local ingredients for about a year. It started with founder Mark Pressley's attempts to first make gasoline and later moonshine. Today the spirits are sold in about 300 stores and restaurants.
“Most of our customers are from Hamilton County. They pushed us to move,” said Alain Raphael, who opened Peto’s in 2017. The kitchen churns out broths that take 16 hours to prepare in four varieties – clear chicken, creamy chicken, pork and vegetable, along with four types of noodles . The Fishers restaurant is the first of two local shops planned by Indiana franchisee Jaso Lam. A Carmel location will open in 2023.Hyatt Place and Hyatt House, 130 S.
