The Shamrock Rovers boss accused his Celje counterpart of disrespect and showing arrogance
Stephen Bradley slapped Albert Reira down to size after slating the former Liverpool winger for his 'complete arrogance'.
In his pre-match press conference, the ex-Spanish international repeatedly referred to Celje as “the better team” and said they were ‘totally confident’ and ‘should dominate’. “These managers think that just because they have had a good playing career that it takes over into managing and coaching, Bradley said: “You saw how Sparta came here, they gave us the ultimate respect in how they defended and pressed. Vikingur and Celje were the opposite and got punished.
“We knew tonight they wouldn't change, that they would be very open and that we could hurt them and we did that. His arrogance has really hurt them.”
