Ireland and Holland clash at Aviva Stadium on Sunday night in a game the Boys in Green have to win
Stephen Kenny is confident he will still be Ireland boss beyond tonight’s must-win clash with Holland.
Asked if he expects to be Ireland manager for the October games against Greece and Gibraltar, Kenny said: “Yes I do, but I’m not focused on that now. “A draw wouldn’t mathematically put us out of it, but we have a desire to get a win. Holland likewise will come and be very determined to get a win themselves.”
But Kenny is confident of seeing out the rest of this qualifying campaign which finishes with an away game to Holland in November.
