The HSE launched a new campaign to address misconceptions around HIV and help reduce the stigma experienced by people living with it. Pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP), a drug that can reduce the risk of HIV infection by up to 92%, is available free to certain groups and can be bought with a prescription.
