Strictly Come Dancing star Amy Dowden said it was 'back to reality' after a busy period that including a holiday with one of her dancing co-stars. The dancer showed off her new gorgeous blonde hair as she ditched the UK just weeks after finding out there was no evidence of cancer left in her body.
She has been sharing updates on social media from the trip including posting a string of snaps that showed her looking beautiful in a white floral dress as she posed with some pink flowers she found around the hotel. "Stop and smell the roses," she started the caption of her post. But on Sunday , Amy spoke to her fans and followers after heading to watch the rugby with her dad, Richard, over the weekend as per their tradition. "I'm finally home after a really, really good week. This time last week i was finishing at the Formation competition where the kids did awesome... Then I drove Becks and I straight to Stanstead."
