Strictly Come Dancing star Gemma Atkinson is faced with a ‘challenge’ as she shares her fitness postpartum journey. Gemma has shared an insight into her training as she is eight weeks postpartum with her second child.
“Todays the one with the baggy pants and big knickers as Aunt flow arrived again this morn. My first one since being pregnant. Another sign that things are starting to return to normal I’ve no shame in saying I found these usually simple exercises a challenge. And it’s expected! “I take inspiration from all the mums juggling work, kids, schools etc… and I always remind myself, some people have 3 kids and 3 dogs so that would be harder I love a challenge though, especially against myself so bring it on!"
