Strictly Come Dancing star Max George reveals tour has helped his mental health
live tour has had a major positive effect on his mental health.that he is"feeling so much better" after getting back into dance training for the tour.
"I've been in a lull in lockdown," he said."The last two years have been quite difficult mentally for me. My fitness waned a lot but I'm getting fitter and fitter now. And I can feel that in my head. I'm feeling so much better now."
