Strictly Come Dancing fans couldn't get enough of Will Mellor and Nancy Xu's American Smooth performance on Saturday night, as they brought to life an iconic scene from Dirty Dancing
It wouldn’t be Strictly Come Dancing without the show’s iconic movie week, and week 3 of the contest did not disappoint as the remaining couples took to the floor to perform a selection of Hollywood inspired dances.
Channelling Patrick Swayze in a high waisted black trouser and fitted white shirt, Will dazzled the judges and audience alike with his performance, which fittingly kicked off with Nancy carrying a watermelon just like in the movie.Fans at home also couldn’t get enough of the performance, with many taking to social media to praise the couple of their impressive performance, with several even dubbing it their favourite yet, in all 20 series of the show.
A third fan also weighed in as they confessed: “Will Mellor getting everyone hot under the collar tonight.”
