Parents - like Hilary Grime are calling for universities to be more accountable for deaths of students, like that of her daughter PhoebeA petition calling for a law change set up by a group of parents whose children killed themselves at university is due to be debated by MPs.

The 20-year-old's parents took legal action over the university's failure to make adjustments for her social anxiety disorder., the judge was not satisfied the university owed Natasha a duty of care, which is why the Abraharts want new legislation.
