Classic rock band Styx is scheduled to visit the Brandt Centre in Regina on Oct. 17 along with special guest, Nancy Wilson’s Heart.
Tickets go on sale Friday at 10 a.m. via Ticketmaster.
Styx has had eight songs reach the top 10 on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100 in addition to 16 top-40 singles. Much of the group’s success came with founding member and lead singer Dennis DeYoung, who hasn’t performed with Styx since 1999. Wilson is one-half of the iconic rock duo Heart. Alongside her sister Ann, who is not part of the latest incarnation, the original Heart was inducted in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2013.
