Summer's answer to Christmas Markets arrives in Lancashire
Christmas markets are all about delicious food smells wafting past our noses, the sound of festive music playing and that first sip of mulled wine or German beer. But one West Lancashire town has created the magic and essence of the winter tradition, in summer, and has drawn inspiration from Taiwan, and much closer to home.

Alongside the food and drink, organisers hope to create a "great atmosphere" by building a small stage as a focal point, with live music from local singer and former The Voice semi finalist Jake O'Neill.
Dave and the other businesses involved in the project hope to see it continue to grow and attract more traders, with Ormskirk already established as a historic market town providing the ideal foundation. Organisers have found most traders have wanted to be included following the inaugural event in 2019.
