OAKLAND — A 27-year-old Vallejo man has been arrested and charged with murder in connection with the Sept. 23 armored truck robbery that left one man dead and two others wounded, including one suspected robber and one Brinks employee, court records show.
A probable cause statement filed by police investigators lays out what authorities believe occurred the afternoon of the robbery.
