Billie, 32, is currently pregnant with her third child with husband Greg, 37, and has been documenting her pregnancy journey on the family’s ITVbe show Billie & Greg: The Family Diaries.
The two children tried to guess the sex of their unborn sibling, with Arthur insisting he could “see a willy”. Billie told her son and daughter about the new upcoming arrival with a letter she had written to them from their unborn sibling.
