Set to open in late 2026!🤩
Building on the success of their popular venue, which hosts gigs, outdoor festivals and creative events, they have revealed plans to bring a "hotel for music lovers" to the city, as they partner up with architect and designer Stallan-Brand.
SWG3 was created after founding partners, Andrew Fleming-Brown and Andrew Mickel transformed a group of derelict buildings into the much loved venue. They describe the hotel expansion as the "next step". Having already announced ambitions to become net zero, SWG3’s leaders say they are committed to making the hotel sustainable.
