'A beautiful combination of history, charm and character'
Repurposing historic and or church buildings can be a tricky business. However, the conversion of a former Methodist Church and school room in the Nottinghamshire village of Epperstone has been done sympathetically and with an eye on retaining its character, according to the estate agents tasked with selling the now family home.
Previously used as a Methodist church and a school room, the detached Grade II listed building has now been been designed to provide a good family home. It is currently for sale priced at a guide of £475,000.
