Daughter Kirsty of Riders of the Storm said: “Her whole family have parts to play in the show in one form or another, and I can’t think of a way to make her prouder than all of us coming together for this performance.

A talented equestrian stunt rider will be hosting an emotional charity show in memory of her late mum – who performed alongside her for 10 years – following her death from cancer last year.

And now, Amanda’s loved ones are gathering together to use the skills she taught them to help raise cash for the Maggie’s Centre in Dundee which supported Amanda in her final days. “The girls who she helped train and develop on the trick riding team saw her very much as a mother figure and are all performing in tribute to her.

On March 24 she was told it was now terminal and that there was no more treatment available to help.It was shortly after this that Amanda and her family got in touch with Maggie’s, which was there for Amanda and her family when she died just two months later in May. The impressive show will include trick horse riding, aerial silk acrobatics, fire performances and live singing.
