Now that they're no longer working together, Taylor Morrison is moving forward on land it owns at 91st Avenue and McDowell Road in west Phoenix, followed by aRowe is in the final approval process with the town of Buckeye for a build-to-rent community at Verrado master-planned community. The goal is to break ground early next year on that 100-unit project.
