Well, maybe. At the very least, Duggan is now positioned to make what was a runaway Heisman race into one potentially tighter than anyone expected. Then came the conference title game and things changed dramatically. Everything was set for Williams to lead USC to a Pac-12 title and a CFP berth. Utah had other ideas in a 47-24 win, and suddenly the Heisman door opened.
