Peterson was found to have violated five subsections, a), b), d), e) and f) of the SPTRB bylaw 2.01, which covers conduct harmful to the best interest of the student or affects the ability of a registered teacher to teach, sexually abusive conduct regardless of consent, and being in violation of a law relevant to the teacher’s suitability or could be regarded as dangerous to a student, among other concerns.
