Parents and guardians are being invited to nominate their children for the once-in-a-lifetime experience of being part of Team GB as their official mascots
SEARCH IS ON: Two-time Olympic Champion and Team GB athlete Helen Glover has launched a new campaign to find mascots for Team GB
Once selected, the five Mini Mascots will create a lifetime of memories on the journey to Paris 2024, from meeting the athletes to sending Team GB on their way to the games. Between now and October, adults can apply for the chance for their child to be selected and any child living in the UK, aged five to 11 is eligible to be nominated.
Carly Hodgson, head of marketing for Team GB, said:"We're thrilled to offer children across the nation the chance to be an official Mini Mascot for Team GB. For the first time ever, we’re offering kids the chance to be front and centre alongside the team as they prepare for the games in a role that we know can be hugely exciting and inspiring.
"It’s incredibly easy to apply for the opportunity. We'd love to see as many people as possible giving kids the chance to be a part of this amazing experience.”
