Prosperity, an Irish recruitment agency, said salaries for over 140 roles were unmoved except for performance marketing positions, which recorded a 5 per cent increase compared to the previous year.
This meant salaries failed to keep track with inflation, which averaged 5.2 per cent in Ireland for 2023.
