A grand jury indicted Omar Bojan, 18, and 15-year-old Matthew Godwin for the killing that horrified a city struggling with gun violence on its streets. Police have announced the arrest of a 15-year-old boy who is accused of firing the bullet that killed 11-year-old Kyhara Tay in the Bronx. The NYPD is also asking for the public's help to find another suspect wanted in the killing.
