Irish tourists on holidays on Italy and Greece have been warned to take soaring temperatures seriously.
"Today we have 40 cases of people feeling dizziness and dysphoria", a representative confirmed to RTE. "Temperatures at Acropolis hill were expected to be hotter than 41C forecast for the rest of Athens due to the heightened exposure of the site," an RTE spokesperson explained.
