Erik ten Hag has signed a new deal to remain as Manchester United manager until June 2026, the club have announced.
Erik ten Hag has signed a new contract with Manchester United to extend his stay at Old Trafford until 2026.
"Looking back at the past two years, we can reflect with pride on two trophies and many examples of progression from where we were when I joined," he said in a statement. Ten Hag's contract had been set to expire at the end of the 2024-25 season but denying Manchester City a domestic double and qualifying for the Europa League earned him another chance.
"This group of players and staff have already shown they are capable of competing at the top level; now they have to do it more consistently."
