There was no love lost between Mr Johnson and Sir Keir Starmer as the two party leaders clashed at Prime Minister's Questions for the final time ahead of the prime minister's impending departure from Number 10.

He questioned:"Has the prime minister told her who's been running our public services for the last 12 years?"
