Police have made five arrests after a series of stabbings in Leeds
during a 15-minute spurt of violence on Tuesday.
Two women and a man have been arrested in connection with the stabbing which left the victim with injuries that are not thought to be life-threatening. Cops then raced to nearby Dewsbury Road just 15 minutes later to join paramedics who were treating another man who had also been stabbed.The man, 40, was rushed to hospital for treatment to a stab wound to his shoulder. His injuries are not considered life-threatening, according to West Yorkshire Police .
A spokesperson for WYP said: "At 9.07pm last night, police were contacted by the ambulance service who had been called to man found stabbed in Burton Row, Leeds. The victim, a 43-year-old man, had received a stab wound to the armpit. He was taken to hospital for treatment. His injuries are not considered life threatening.
