It comes after Sainsbury's was forced to cancel thousands of home deliveries
Tesco has experienced a significant IT issue, similar to the one Sainsbury's faced just hours earlier. The supermarket chain, known for its slogan "Every Little Helps", has had to cancel home deliveries due to these technical problems.
This situation has caused upset among customers who had their home delivery or click-and-collect orders cancelled. "She is at work all day in the NHS and could do without this are you suffering the same issues as Sainsbury's?" Another customer complained: "I turned up to collect my click and collect this morning, but it wasn't available despite receiving an email. I was told it would be cancelled, but you have marked it as collected."
