Thalia Heffernan took to social media to share a big life change as she confirms that she is moving back to Ireland.

The model moved to New York last year after she originally planned to take the plunge back in 2020.The 28-year-old had spent some time in Ireland over the summer before returning to New York. But over the weekend announced that she would be settling back in her native Dublin.“I have decided that I am moving back home to Dublin,” she shared on social media.

“Don’t get me wrong, New York was such an incredible experience and I loved it and I made the most amazing friends and I did the most amazing things and I’ve memories that are going to last me a lifetime. “I’m going to miss so much of it and so many people and so many things, but to be totally honest my move over there for the past year has really taken a toll on me and I’ve neglected myself to be honest, both mentally and physically I haven’t been well.”

She went on to say that she needs to “prioritise” herself and she knows moving home to Ireland will be the best way to do that.Thankfullly Thalia has plenty of people in her corner and she has now moved in with her bestie, Erica Cody.We can’t wait to see what these two get up to.
