It is time to get their new restaurant open and things don't go quite as planned, much to Carmy's chagrin.
'This is a dysfunctional kitchen,' Sydney says, to which Carmy and Richie respond in unison: 'Show me a functional one!' Sydney orders the staff to 'fire' dishes like Wagyu and cavatelli, only for Carmy to take one look at the dish, dump it in the trash and demand they 'refire! ' that dish.According to an official synopsis from FX, In season 3 fans will see the unlikely trio 'do what it takes to elevate The Bear, their beef stand turned fine dining establishment, to the highest level, all while doing their best just to stay in business.
'Our chefs have learned that every second counts, but this season we’ll find out if they have what it takes to make it to tomorrow.'
