It would be easy for the rest of us to dismiss this reset as another set of empty promises. But sometimes, a politician deserves to be given a chance. But more often, prime ministers with a sloppy approach to ethics like long inquiries. In the case of bullying or sexual harassment, this has particularly painful consequences for the complainants.
