Technology giant Apple has launched four iPhone 16 smartphones, the firm's first to fully integrate next-generation artificial intelligence.

When is the iPhone 16 coming out? All iPhone 16 models will be available to purchase on pre-order from Apple and major Ireland and UK retailers and mobile networks from Friday, 13 September. Apple says the iPhone 16 series will ship to customers and go on general sale the following Friday, 20 September.
You can even swipe on the button to zoom in with the camera or select different modes. You also get a 48MP main camera that can act as a 2x telephoto zoom, as well as an improved ultra wide camera that has auto focus for the first time. They run a different A18 Pro chip, which is more powerful than the one in the regular iPhone 16. These Pro models have a 48MP main camera alongside a new 48MP ultra wide and a 12MP 5x telephoto zoom lens. Apple has also boosted the video and audio capture capabilities on the iPhone 16 Pro, with on-device controls to edit video. With bigger batteries, the 16 Pro Max supposedly has the best iPhone battery life ever, with as much as 33 hours of video playback possible.
