The pair clashed in 2019 in what was just Joyce's ninth professional outing, although he did have an extensive amateur career winning an Olympic silver medal.And the Russian fell to his kneesThe Brit stalked his opponent and in round three he managed to pin him up against the ropes. At this point Joyce unleashed a thudding left hook that immediately buckled the legs of Ustinov and he fell to his knees.
Ustinov made it back to his feet, but he looked on unsteady legs and it was not in time for the end of the referee's count, as the bout was waved off. Meanwhile, Joyce pulled out his signature celebration by doing a cartwheel in the middle of the ring.
