That means you can grab a window seat on the 555 and wonder at the stunning landscapes and cute villages you pass through for just £2 a journey.The route takes passengers from Lancashire to Cumbria via Bolton le Sands, Carnforth, Levens, Windermere, Ambleside, Rydal and Grasmere.
Alternatively, you could board the smaller Stagecoach bus on the 77 or 11A route, which takes you along roads boasting some of the most breath-taking views in Cumbria. travel from Keswick to Honister Pass and Buttermere passing through Catbells, Seatoller, Lanthwaite, Whinlatter and Braithwaite.
