Located at 4317 Dolly Ridge Road, the restaurant will be open seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. The new location is currently hiring, and interested applicants may apply by visiting the brand’sHusband and wife team Karl and Sarah Worley founded Biscuit Love as a food truck in 2012. Three years later, they expanded the brand with a brick and mortar location in 2015. Melanie Zarzaur is the local owner and operator for the new Biscuit Love location in Cahaba Heights.

The Worleys say an important aspect of the Biscuit Love model is prioritizing sustainable employee care. In Nashville, the couple employs two full-time therapists to serve as liaisons in assisting staff members who may need supplemental resources for mental health or guidance in their personal life. This benefit will also be available to employees in Birmingham, with plans to bring a therapist onto the team already in motion, the company said in a press release.

Biscuit-less items include the Lindstrom—a salad of shaved Brussels sprouts, hazelnuts, parmesan, lemon vinaigrette, and two poached eggs and the Hungry Hash Bowl with fried potatoes topped in sausage gravy, bacon, two over-easy eggs, and garnished with green onions, bacon, and stone-ground cheese grits. If you purchase a product or register for an account through one of the links on our site, we may receive compensation.
