On Sunday, November 10, Ireland’s hospitality sector will gather in The Shelbourne Hotel in Dublin for this year’s Food&Wine Restaurant of the Year Awards. Taking place in association with Rémy Martin, the awards will celebrate the talent, resilience and determination of the Irish food and drinks sector. The shortlists for this year’s awards illustrate the breadth and depth of talent across the restaurant, bar and hotel industries across the island of Ireland.
