The five-star rated energy blanket, which claims to cost just 3p an hour to run, was recently recommended by consumer champion Which? as a good buy for students looking to save some cash. While it is suitable for all night use, experts do recommend turning off the appliance before you fall asleep to regulate your core temperature for a better sleep.
