Strangely, she is said to be decapitated, and to move around the area slowly — almost as if she is looking for her missing body parts. There have also been reports of groaning heard in the area on the evening of June 2.
The fairies led the man onto a boat, which set sail down the river and was never seen again. Locals believe that every year, on June 19, the sound of the piper's music can still faintly be heard.
