Traders' fear as market hall forced to close "I've not slept, I feel like I could cry. It's the busiest time of year." That was the reaction of nail salon owner Chelsea Noone after her business was forced to suddenly close when dangerous crumbling concrete was found at Bury Market. Bury council say there will be an immediate rent freeze for all affected stallholders with no service charges, business rates or electricity bills to pay. In the coming days, the council will try to relocate all 49 affected traders to another location 'as close as possible'.
